Gonzales, 400 F.3d 785, 799-800 (9th Cir. 2005), the leading case in the United States and globally, pertaining to female genital mutilation as a continuing harm and Ndom v. Ashcroft, 384 F.3d 743, 752 (9th Cir. 2004).
In addition to a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Nwadibia is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of International Affairs (now School of Public and International Affairs). Nwadibia also taught African politics at Washington University.
Nwadibia merged her experience as a higher education attorney, administrator, and as a Commissioner and Acting Chairperson for the Missouri Commission on Human Rights into her practice as an immigration attorney. Nwadibia achieves high rates of success by offering premium legal services.
