Rochelle A. Fortier Nwadibia, is a successful immigration attorney with a global practice. 

Nwadibia applies the complexities of immigration law to each case. With a success rate of over 95%, Nwadibia provides clients with a personal approach to immigration concerns. Nwadibia's practice is described in the recent article, "Asylum Champion" , published in the Washington University Law School Magazine which highlights her immigration successes at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Nwadibia represented the petitioners in the landmark case Mohamed v. Gonzales, 400 F.3d 785, 799-800 (9th Cir. 2005), the leading case in the United States and globally, pertaining to female genital mutilation as a continuing harm and Ndom v. Ashcroft, 384 F.3d 743, 752 (9th Cir. 2004).

In addition to a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Nwadibia is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of International Affairs (now School of Public and International Affairs).  Nwadibia also taught African politics at Washington University.
